The beginning of formation
In the mid-90s of the last century, the task appeared to make the impellers of high-pressure fans for the "Kharkivyanka" mills produced by the Ukrorgstankinprom plant. In 1998, the first industrial samples of working wheels were produced. Instead of the usual steel welded impellers of general industrial fans, the impellers were made of strong aluminum alloys. Thanks to the selected materials and assembly method, our impellers were several times lighter and did not have the curvature inherent in steel welded impellers. These advantages made it possible to significantly increase the resource of the electric motor and practically eliminated the vibration of the fan.
The first satisfied customers
We used the experience gained at the mills of other manufacturers. The owners of these mills were happy about the opportunity to modernize their mills, instead of the old fan, which had many defects, they received a fundamentally new fan, which was better in all respects.
Scaling to different industries
As the years passed, new customers appeared who set tasks that were previously considered impossible for high-pressure ventilators. The fans were improved, the changes made made it possible to use them in various branches of industry, the power of the engines increased depending on the tasks set by our clients. At the moment, I can say that our fans have characteristics that are unattainable for most manufacturers of fans in Ukraine!
