Our VVT high pressure fans are used in various industries and household applications. Our fans successfully replace usual industrial VVD fans.
The heterogeneity of the materials from which the impeller and fan casing are made allows achieving a high degree of intrinsic safety, which allows our fans to be used in aspiration systems with a high concentration of flammable particles.
The fan impeller is a riveted design and is made of durable aluminum alloys, resulting in a low weight impeller, which allows to achieve long service life of electric motors.
Due to their properties, our VVT fans are used in mills, in agricultural machines, in aspiration systems of various equipment, as well as for moving aggressive environment.
Graph 1 shows the flow and pressure properties of our fans. For example, graph "No. 5" is the flow-pressure characteristic of a fan with an impeller with a diameter of 500 mm, other graphs have similar designations.
As can be seen from the graphs, our VVT fans have an important feature: when operating in the area of low performance, the fan does not lose pressure, like general industrial fans, but vice versa - PRESSURE INCREASES!
